While we are a small consulting firm, our affiliate firms those with whom we work on engagements provide us access to an array of individuals skilled in all aspects of Human Resources. We are careful with whom we have a relationship, but feel this approach ensures we have a cost effective way to offer quality service.

No associate can work on more than four engagements at the same time. This ensures Balance and Excellence for our clients and ourselves. We have worked for consulting organizations that encourage consultants to over-extend themselves in order to cover large overhead charges. Yet this means that the client is not being well served, either through work being delayed, corners cut, or the associate overworking. We will not burn ourselves out or leave you with poor service. |

Our Library of compensation surveys contains over 150 different surveys covering more than 2,000 positions from over 8,000 organizations. These represent a broad cross-section of industries with both national and regional information. Aside from these on-site surveys we maintain a listing of over 800 other sources of data that can be obtained for a competitive review, when necessary. |

We specialize in small to mid-size organizations, often with fewer than 250 employees. This also includes subsidiaries and divisions of very large corporations. We have positioned ourselves for the small-to-mid-market knowing that the larger consulting houses don’t have the freedom to tailor their programs and resources for this size organization. |

We practice "Value Billing." Our billing rates depend on the task being completed, not the title of the person doing the work. If a Partner is completing a task that could be done by a consultant, then the lower billing rate applies. We feel you should only pay for the value created.
