Every engagement is unique because every business is unique. However, we do follow a systematic approach to ensure successful implementation of programs. Our approach follows four phases; Assessment, Design, Implementation and Evaluation. 

Our typical approach includes the following steps:

Meet with key management to determine current and projected business strategy.

Conduct an assessment to understand the current situation and the desired future state.  For compensation assignments this includes a thorough market analysis of all aspects of total compensation.  For leadership and team development assignments, this can include a number of different techniques for determining the current state in the organization.
Report to key management on findings and present recommendations for program or solution design.
Develop final program or solution design with associated Measures of Success and timeline.

Develop implementation plans; assist with implementation as necessary.

Continue partnership with key management as needed to ensure smooth implementation and appropriate knowledge transfer.
Using the Measures of Success and timeline developed earlier, evaluate program outcome.
