Millbrook Partners was founded in 1998 by individuals who came from either larger consulting firms or Fortune 100 companies. Over the years other partners have joined the firm expanding our expertise in both the range of services we offer and the industries we know.

In working with clients, our goal is to tailor our services to fit each organization’s needs. We don’t force solutions based on a “stock” product. Because we are not a large firm, we can also focus more on the client and less on the administrative burdens of a large consulting house. As a result, our fee structure is 30-40% below these other firms.

We also specialize in helping growing and developing firms as well as established ones. We understand the constantly changing needs and stresses growth and change brings. We can provide a level of expertise in Human Resources that a small or growing firm may not yet need on a full-time basis.

We can also support the needs of multi-site organizations. Our primary offices are located in Westford, Massachusetts, and Dallas, Texas, but we have affiliates throughout the country.

Proof of our effectiveness is shown by the fact that many of our clients are have worked with us over a number of years with projects that cover the full span of Human Resources responsibilities.
