Jo-Dee Gentile is a Principal of Millbrook Partners and manager of the New England office. She has over 20 years of experience in the design of compensation strategy for companies in the biopharmaceutical, financial services, retail and high tech industries. Her experience includes work with companies with both decentralized and centralized business structures.
Ms. Gentile has extensive experience in the development of competency models to be used as the basis for leadership and project manager development programs. Her areas of rewards expertise include the development of alternative rewards programs, including incentive and stock plan design; performance management solutions; and HR program design and implementation in mergers/ acquisitions. She also has experience in the design and communication of employee benefit programs and HRMS implementation.
Jo-Dee has long been involved in industry and regional survey Steering Committees. She has made numerous professional presentations, particularly on the design of incentive and stock-based plans. Based on the success of her strategic compensation program designs, Ms. Gentile was asked to be a contributing author to Thomas B. Wilson's book, Rewards That Drive High Performance: Success Stories from Leading Organizations (AMACOM, 1999).
Ms. Gentile was a recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Compensation Association (WorldatWork) in 1997. She has degrees from Mount Holyoke College and Harvard University.
