Billie Day is a Principal with Millbrook Partners. Billie Day has been helping organizations more effectively accomplish their goals for the past 25 years. She has experience in solving organization, management, and leadership issues in both large and small organizations located in the United States and in multiple international locations.

Prior to joining Millbrook Partners, Billie was Principal of OnSite Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm, from
1988-1999.  Her industry experience includes 15 years with Sun Oil Company where she was responsible
for the design and administration of reward and performance management, strategic human resource policy, organization design/development, executive succession planning and executive compensation.

She specializes in improving the performance of companies through the application of "whole systems design" principles and methodologies.  These methodologies focus on the work processes, the organization structure, the skills and competencies required to successfully perform the work, supporting management and reward systems, and the human interaction processes that must be in place to make the entire system productive.  This includes change management processes, work design -- including team-based and self-managing organizations, leadership development, continuous improvement processes.

Billie is a regular speaker and on management topics. She has presented workshops on topics included team-based compensation systems, developing high performance organizations, real-time strategic change, and dynamic communications.  Additionally, she has published numerous articles on leadership and team-based organizations.  She earned her MBA at Southern Methodist University.
